NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Idaho code 63-1311A, by the City of Blackfoot, Idaho, that the Blackfoot City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on February 1, 2022 at the Blackfoot City Hall, 157 N Broadway, Blackfoot, Idaho, to consider public comment regarding the possibility of increased fees for the Parks and Recreation RV Park. The proposed increase will be in excess of 5% of the current fees The proposed fee will increase from $20.00 per night to $35.00 per night. At the public hearing, discussion will be had explaining that the proposed fee increase to the RV Park is due to the increased costs of administration and operations. Information about the proposed rates and changes may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk at Blackfoot City Hall during regular business hours. City Council Meetings will now be held in person. Citizens may view the City Council Meeting via Zoom, but if you wish to participate in the meeting, you must appear in person.
