Complete Road and Street Report ● January 2024: Auditor on site. Work on completing FY 2023 Audit. ● February 2024: Complete FY 2023 Audit. Start preparing FY 2025 budget Worksheets. ARPA Projects ● Champions Gate- This project has been completed. Cost of project was $322,737.86. ● Radio Meters- In progress, Base Station installed. Currently about 45% complete. ● Downtown Sewer Upgrade- Working on updated plans and specs will go out for bid in January. Misc. Items ● Fisher St: Working on completion and close out. ● Meridian/HWY 91: RFI has gone out for design. ● West Bridge St, Bridge: Working on environmental for NEPA docs. ● Chlorination Project: Well 11 is plumbed waiting for skid. Well 10 is next one on list. ● Parkway Ave: Did not receive grant award. ● Pendlebury: Waiting for RFI to go out for Engineering.
