PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF BLACKFOOT 157 N BROADWAY Notice hereby is given that the City of Blackfoot Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 18th day of December 2018, to consider whether to recommend to City Council to adopt a new Official Schedule of Use of the zoning ordinance. The new and updated table regulates land use in the city. The official schedule and references are for convenience only and do not eliminate compliance with performance standards or all other provisions of the zoning ordinance. All persons interested or who are affected are invited to attend said hearing and provide testimony, if any, why said recommendation should or should not be made. No more than two pages of written testimony will be accepted at the hearing. All other written testimony must be delivered to the City of Blackfoot Planning and Zoning Department a minimum of 8 days before the hearing. To obtain a copy of the Official Schedule Use Table go to www.cityofblackfoot.org. Or you may pick up a copy at City Hall located at 157 N Broadway, Blackfoot, ID.
