Application for fireworks must be received no later than June 1st. No fireworks stand shall be erected before June 10th of any year. The premises on which the stand is erected shall be clear of all structures and debris not later than midnight of July 6th of any year following issuance of a permit. No fireworks shall be offered for sale except from 10:00am June 25th to 12:00am (midnight) July 4th of each year. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pursuant to The City of Blackfoot Ordinances passed February 18, 2003. ALL SALES OF FIREWORKS MUST BE IN FROM A TEMPORARY STAND ONLY AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST ACCOMPANY PAYMENT.
