Prepare for year end close out. Open FY 23 Budget. ● October 2023: Start FY 2024. Continue with close out of FY 23. Complete transparent Idaho report. ● November 2023: Begin FY 2023 Audit preparations. ARPA Projects ● Champions Gate- This project has been completed. Cost of project was $322,737.86. ● Radio Meters- In progress, Base Station installed. Currently about 1500+ radios installed. ● Downtown Sewer Upgrade- Waiting for updated engineer designs and to go out for rebid. Misc. Items ● Fisher St: Phase III has started completion mid Sept. ● Meridian/HWY 91: Approved by ITD, LHTAC will go out to bid. ● West Bridge St, Bridge: Drilling completed ● Chlorination Project: Well 11 will be first skid install. ● Parkway Ave: Put in for $2 million grant for rehab. ● Pendlebury: FY 24 scheduled for design with ITD and LHTAC
