The zoning administrator/building director shall interpret the appropriate district for land uses not specifically mentioned by determining the district in which similar uses are permitted. When several combined land uses exist, or are proposed, the most intensive land use shall be considered as the primary activity. Any interpretation of the use districts by the administrator may be appealed to the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 2113, 2-5-2013, eff. 2-5-2013) E.
