RESOLUTION NO. 03-17957 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF BILLINGS BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003 TO INCREASE THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING FUND BUDGET. WHEREAS, M.C.A. provides that the City Council may amend the budget during the fiscal year by conducting public hearings at regularly scheduled meetings, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the budget for fiscal year 2003 to the Tax Increment Financing fund budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: Section 1: That the Tax Increment Financing Fund is hereby amended by adding $90,000 to be allocated to Yellowstone County for the purposes of providing surface parking and assisting with a master plan for use of properties near the County Court House. Section 2: Funds for this amendment are available from the undesignated fund balance of the Tax Increment Financing Fund. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council this 24th day of February, 2003.
