RESOLUTION 03-18009 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2004 BUDGET TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE AIR QUALITY CONTROL BOARD. WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide funding in an amount of $21,000 to the Yellowstone County Air Quality Control Board and WHEREAS, no appropriation was included in the fiscal year 2004 budget NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: Section 1: That the following appropriation is hereby adopted; Account # 10-1411-414-39-31 Account Name County Air Quality Board Appropriation Amount $21,000 Section 2: That this appropriation will be funded from General Fund Reserves.
