RESOLUTION NO. 03-17950 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, APPROVING TAX BENEFITS FOR THE BUILDING AT 1 NORTH 33RD STREET, ON BEHALF OF RICHARD AND KAREN HARTE. WHEREAS, Resolution 89-16126 provides for granting of tax incentives for certain remodeling or expansion of qualified properties pursuant to Section 15-24-1505, M.C.A., and establishes a procedure for applying for said tax incentives; and WHEREAS, Richard and Karen Harte have properly applied for said tax incentives for property described herein; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Billings, Montana held a public hearing and has duly considered the application of Richard and Karen Harte and has determined that said application should be APPROVED. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS: That the application for tax benefits made by Richard and Karen Harte dated December 6, 2002 is APPROVED. The tax benefits approved are those provided in Resolution No. 89-16126. The property receiving the tax benefits is described as follows: Tax Code #A 00735, Lot # 9 to 12, Block #104, Billings Original Townsite.
