RESOLUTTON NO. 08-18668 RESOLUT¡ON TO ADOPT THE SOUTH SIDE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN AS PART OF THE YELLOWSTONE COUNTY- C¡TY OF BILLINGS 2OO3 GROWTH POLICY. WHEREAS, pursuant to Titfe 76, Chapter l, PART 601, Montana Codes Annotated, the Billings City Council, desire to _adopt a Neighborhood Plan consistent with the 2003 Growth policy coveriñg the entire Yellowstone County Board of Planning jurisdiction: WHEREAS, on the 11th day of December,2QQT, a publíc hearing was held by the Yellowstone County Board of PlannÍng for the purpose of receivíng pubfic comments õn the proposed Neighborhood Plan: WHEREAS, The Yellowstone County Board of Planning by Resolution 07-02, recommends the Billings City Council adopt the proposed Neighborhood Plan and any ordinances and resolution for its implementation: WHEREAS, on the 17h day of December,2QOT, the Billings City Council passed a Resolution of fntent to Adopt the South Side Neighborhood Plan and to set a public hearing date of January 14, 2008 to receive comment on the neighborhood plan: NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intent of the BillÍngs City Qouncit to adopt the South Side Neighborhood Plan as part of the Yellowstone County - City of eittiñgs ZOOS Growth Policy.
