RESOLUTION NO. 03-18015 RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE YELLOWSTONE COUNTY - CITY OF BILLINGS 2003 GROWTH POLICY. WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 76, Chapter 1, PART 6, Montana Codes Annotated, the Billings City Council, desires to adopt a Growth Policy covering the entire Yellowstone County Board of Planning jurisdiction: WHEREAS, the Growth Policy contains those elements listed in subsection §76-1-601, MCA: WHEREAS, on the 28th day of January, 2003, a public hearing was held by the Yellowstone County Board of Planning for the purpose of receiving public comments on the proposed Growth Policy and on the 14th day of July, 2003, the Billings City Council held a public hearing for the same purpose: WHEREAS, The Yellowstone County Board of Planning by Resolution 03-01, recommends the Billings City Council adopt the proposed Growth Policy and any ordinances and resolution for its implementation, and: WHEREAS, The City Council by Resolution 03-18004, intended to adopt the proposed Growth Policy and any ordinances and resolution for its implementation: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Billings City Council adopts the Yellowstone County – City of Billings 2003 Growth Policy.
