RESOLUTION NO. 06-18467 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, APPROVING TAX BENEFITS FOR GOLDEN RECYCLING AND SALVAGE, INC. WHEREAS, Resolution 05-18376 provides for granting tax incentives for new or expanding industries pursuant to Section 15-24-1401, M.C.A. and establishes a procedure for applying for said tax incentives; and WHEREAS, Golden Recycling and Salvage, Inc. has applied for said tax incentives for the property described herein; and WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Billings, Montana held a public hearing and duly considered the application of Golden Recycling and Salvage, Inc. and has determined that said application meets all qualifications for the tax incentive and should be approved NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS: That the application for tax benefits made by Golden Recycling and Salvage, Inc., dated June 21, 2006 is APPROVED. The tax benefits approved are those provided in Resolution 05-18376. The property receiving the tax benefits is described as follows: Tax Code #D05863 and A02139, Tracts 2&3, C/S 1680, Tracts 4 C/S 2124, Highway parcels 3 lots 2-23 block 352 and lots 2-23 block 353 Billings 1st Addition PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council this 14th day of August, 2006.
