RESOLUTION NO. 09- 1 8806 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COI-INCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, APPROVING TAX BENEFITS FOR KIMMET PROPERTIES LLC AND ADAM KIMMET, DBA CELLULAR PLUS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 815 MAIN STREET, BILLINGS, MONTANA WHEREAS, Resolution 05-18377 provides for granting tax incentives for remodeling, reconstructing or expanding existing buildings in the city, pursuant to Section 15-24-1501, M.C.A. and establishes a procedure for applying for said tax incentives; and V/HEREAS, Kimmet Property LLC and Adam Kimmet, dba Cellular Plus, has applied for said tax incentives for the property described herein; and WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Billings, Montana held a public hearing and duly considered the application of Kimmet Properties LLC and Adam Kimmet and has determined that said application meets all qualifications for the tax incentive and should be approved NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA AS FOLLOV/S: That the application for tax benefits made by Kimmet Properties and Adam Kimmet, dba Cellular Plus, is APPROVED. The tax benefits approved are those provided in Resolution 05-18377. The property receiving the tax benefits is described as follows: Tax Code #419383 and #419384, Lots I and2, Block i, Wanigan Subdivision PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council this 13th day of April, 2009.
