ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 85 Pursuant to this Administrative Order, I hereby establish the following goals regarding the pricing structure for recreational programs offered through the PRPL Department: Fees charged for the various program categories below shall: • Recover the actual program costs plus 35% for all Adult programs • Recover the actual program costs plus 15% for all Youth programs ages 18 & under • Recover the actual program costs for all Senior Citizen programs • Recover the actual program costs for the Youth General Summer Recreation Program (Parks Funhouse Program) since this is the only program which is available to low income families at reduced rates. The additional percentages collected will be used to offset the administrative costs of providing these programs to the public. Dated this 21st. day of October, 2004. -ss.- Kristoff T.
