1 RESOLUTION 05-18368 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE FISCAL YEAR 2006 ADJUSTMENTS APPROPRIATIONS PURSUANT TO M.C.A. 7-6-4006 AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING TRANSFERS AND REVISIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL CLASS OF SALARIES AND WAGES, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT AND CAPITAL OUTLAY. WHEREAS, M.C.A. 7-6-4006 provides that the City Council, upon proper resolution, adopted by said Council at a regular meeting and entered into its Minutes, may transfer or revise appropriations within the general class of salaries and wages, maintenance and support, and capital outlay, and WHEREAS, based upon a Quarterly Budget Review (FY 2005/2006), it is necessary to alter and change said appropriations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: That the attached transfers or revisions are hereby adopted. Three were previously bid and rejected due to overly high bid prices and one, the Kitchen Floor Project, received no bids. 718-2160-421 3870 $ 2,100 Travel to pick up K-9’s 718-2160-421 9491 $ 17,000 Two K-9’s To purchase two K-9’s to replace the two retired. Additional travel budget is required to pick the K-9’s up in Ohio and to return them to Billings. The Drug Forfeiture Fund has adequate reserves to fund these budget adjustments.
