RESOLUTION 02-17791 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE A GENERAL FUND – PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT APPROPRIATIONS ADJUSTMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2002 BUDGET. WHEREAS, based upon the City purchasing the Stewart Park batting cage facilities, it is necessary to alter and change expenditure appropriations by $28,300 and revenue by $32,000 for fiscal year 2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: That the fiscal year 2002 Budget is hereby amended by adding batting cage services division to the General Fund – Parks and Recreation department budget with a revised appropriation of $3,336,786.
