RESOLUTION 09-18862 A RESOLUTION RE-LEVYING AND RE-ASSESSING A TAX UPON A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY IN SID 9904,2001 &.2301,IN THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RE-LEVYING AND RE-ASSESSING A PORTION OF THE COST AND EXPENSE OF MAKING IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN. WHEREAS, the City created improvements and WHEREAS, it is necessary to relevy and re-assess a tax to defray a portion of the cost and expenses of said district, now therefore, be it resolved by the Cify Council of the City of eitti.tg., Montana as follows: t. RE-LEVY AND RE-ASSESSMENT: That for the purpose of defrayng a portion of the cost and expense of making improvements in SID 9904,2001 &.2301 of tne City of Billings, Måntana, there is hereby levied and assessed upon each lot or parcel ofland described below, owned by perions respectively indicated ã tax or special assessment payable in semi-annual installments with interest. Each loi and parcel assessed and the owner thereofis hereinafter described: Lot 39 Bik 9 Broadwater Subd Lot 17 Blk 4 State Realty Add Lot 0 Blk 0 S36 TOt N R?5 E 2. DISPOSITON OF COLLECTION: All monies collected from the tax shall be paid into SiD 9904,2001 &.2301. 3' NOTICE AND HEARING: That on Monday, the 24tt'day of August, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be considered on the agenda in the council chambers of the City Hali, eiuings, Montana, the Council will hear objections to the final adoption of this resoiution. The City Clerk published notice hereof twice, on August 6 and August 13,2009,in the Bitiings Times. 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This resolution shall be effective upon adoption.
