RESOLUTION 03-18041 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2004 BUDGET TO PROVIDE BUDGET AUTHORITY FOR PROJECTS CARRIED OVER FROM FISCAL YEAR 2003 IN THE TAX INCREMENT FUND. WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide additional funding in an amount of $332,000 for the Downtown Billings Partnership Project Budget and WHEREAS, this amount is for projects approved for Fiscal Year 2003 but not completed NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: Section 1: That the appropriation for Fund 202, Tax Increment Operating Fund, is hereby increased by $332,000; Section 2: That this appropriation will be funded from Tax Increment Funds carried over from Fiscal Year 2003.
