RESOLUTION NO. 08-1 8771 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COI,INCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA. APPROVING TAX BENEFITS FOR GOLINI REAL ESTATE, LLC. DBA ALL AMERICAN PHARMACEUTICAL WHEREAS, Resolution 05-18377 provides for granting tax incentives for remodeling, reconstructing or expanding existing buildings in the city, pursuant to Section 15-24-1501, M.C.A. and establishes a procedure for applying for said tax incentives; and WHEREAS, Golini Real Estate, LLC, has applied for said tax incentives for the property described herein: and WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Billings, Montana held a public hearing and duly considercd the appiication of Golini Real Estate, LLC and has dctermined that said application meets all qualifications for the tax incentive and should be approved NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COTINCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS: That the appiication for tax benefits made by Golini Real Estate, LLC, dba All American Pharmaceutical, dated May, 2007 is APPROVED, The tax benefits approved are those provided in Resolution 05-18377. The property receiving the tax benefrts is described as foliows: Tax Codc #C11832, Lot 4, Block I, North Pointe Square Subdivision, i't filing PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council this 24"'day of November, 2008.
