Foundation Board Liaison • Primary role is to represent the Board of Trustees to the Foundation Board, communicating the Library ‘s mission, goals, priorities and plans. • Of equal importance is a similar responsibility to report to the Board of Trustees on goals, plans, and actions of the Foundation that are of importance and relevance. • Serves as a member of the Foundation Board Nominating Committee. • It should be noted that full, voting participation on both boards is expected of this position, as is contributing to the fundraising efforts of the Foundation.
