RESOLUTION NO. 03-17984 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF BILLINGS BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003 TO REDUCE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY AND INCREASE PRPL BUDGETS. WHEREAS, M.C.A. provides that the City Council may amend the budget during the fiscal year by conducting public hearings at regularly scheduled meetings, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the budget for fiscal year 2003 to reduce Council Contingency budget and increase PRPL budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: Section 1: That the following budgets are hereby amended by adding/reducing the indicated amounts; General Fund • Council Contingency “Transfer to PRPL” $ (20,000) • Parks & Recreation (PRPL) “Blue Ribbon Committee $ 20,000 Projects” PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council this 27th day of May, 2003.
