RESOLUTION NO. 02-17786 A RESOLUTION TO ADJUST APPROPRIATIONS TO MCA 7-6-4236 AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING AUTHORIZATION OF EXPENDITURES AS INDICATED BELOW. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Billings, upon proper resolution, duly passed at a regular meeting and entered into its Minutes, may authorize expenditure of funds; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize said expenditures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: That the following appropriations be approved as follows: FROM: FY 2000/2001 Council (010-1110-411-7970) TO: Billings Area Relay Team (BART) (to help fund the celebration activities supporting the Olympic Torch Run in Billings on January 28, 2002).
