TO: FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY THROUGH: PARMLY BILLINGS LIBRARY BOARD FROM: BILL COCHRAN, DIRECTOR JIM PETERS, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR MEETING DATE: MAY 8, 2008 Staff recommends requesting $400 from the Friends of the Library to sponsor a performance of The Diaries of Adam and Eve by the Montana Repertory Theater from the University of Montana on Thursday, September 25. The organization has performed at the Library courtesy of the Friends for several years and they have drawn large crowds at pervious performances.
