ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 100 Administrative Order Number 86 dated November 10, 2004, is hereby amended as follows: Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Administrator in Section 6-201, BMCC, and Section 50-60-301(1)(b), MCA, the following building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes and all accompanying appendices, amendments and modifications adopted by the Building Codes Bureau, Montana Department of Labor and Industry, as set out in the Administrative Rules of Montana, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference, except as otherwise noted in chapter 6 of the Billings, Montana, City Code and except any regulations not applicable to local government jurisdictions. International Building Code, 2003 Edition (IBC), together with the following: A. IBC Appendix Chapters: Appendix Chapter C (Group U – Agricultural Buildings) B. The IBC, as modified and amended by: ARM 24.301.131 through C. Modifications to the IBC applicable to both the Department’s and Local Government Code Enforcement Programs as amended by: ARM 24.301.146 through (42). International Residential Code 2003 Edition (IRC), as amended by ARM 24.301.154 through (10). Uniform Plumbing Code 2003 Edition (UPC), as amended by ARM 24.301.301(1) through 24.301.351, 24.301.311, 24.301.371. International Existing Building Code 2003 Edition (IEBC), as amended by ARM 24.301.171 International Mechanical Code 2003 Edition (IMC), as amended by ARM 24.301.172 through International Fuel Gas Code 2003 Edition (IFGC), as amended by ARM 24.301.173 National Electrical Code, 2002 2005 Edition (NEC), as amended by ARM 24.301.401, 24.301.411, 24.301.421, 24.301.431, 24.301.441, 24.301.451, 24.301.481 International Energy Conservation Code, 2003 Edition (IECC), as amended by New Rule 1, effective 9/3/04 (ARM 24.301.161) Dated this 3rd day of May, 2006. - ss- Christina F.
