Sec. 14-401. Fireworks prohibited. Except as hereinafter provided, no person shall possess, store, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, use or explode any fireworks in the City of Billings. (Ord. No. 92-4899, § 1, 4-27-92) c. 14-408. Penalty. Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this division shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in section 1-110. (Ord. No. 92-4899, § 8, 4-27-92) Sec. 1-110. Violations; penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this Code or any ordinance of this city or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and any person convicted of a misdemeanor under this Code or any ordinance of this city, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Code or any ordinance of this city, is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he/she shall be punished accordingly.
