RESOLUTION 02-17792 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $4,500 BUDGET APPROPRIATION FROM THE CITY COUNCIL CONTINGENCY BUDGET TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING A WALK THROUGH METAL DETECTOR FOR THE ENTRANCE OF THE COURTROOM. WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Billings, upon proper resolution, duly passed at a regular meeting and entered into its Minutes, may authorize expenditure of funds; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize said expenditures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: That the fiscal year 2002 Budget is hereby amended by adding $4,500 to the Municipal Court Budget (line item: Equipment) for a new total of $729,806 and by reducing the Council Contingency budget by $4,500 to a new total of $110,500.
