To act as an advisory board to the City Administrator in regards to the entire development process, its related policies, and procedures. 2. To review and evaluate the administration of the development process. 3. To review and evaluate policies which affect the development process. 4. To serve as an appeals board for development issues that are not addressed by existing procedures, rules, or regulations. The DPARB will hear all appeal issues not covered by other mandated City, County, State or Federal regulations, codes, ordinances or laws. If you feel there is a problem with the timeliness, consistency or cooperation with City staff, please complete and submit the Appeal or Review Request Form on the reverse side. NOTE: You may also complete an Appeal or Review Request Form if your issue IS covered under City, County, State or Federal regulations, codes, ordinances or laws. Doing so will enable the DPARB to determine if they should pursue changes in City or County codes or ordinances or State or Federal Laws to better accommodate the development Process. Objectives: To accomplish its purpose, the DPARB has two objectives: 1. To provide a forum for review and discussion of the policies, rules, regulations and procedures associated with the City's development process, and 2. To provide an appeal process that addresses the timeliness, consistency or cooperation with City staff as it relates to the City's development policies, rules, regulations and procedures. What issues can be appealed? 3. Any issue unresolved with the City's development process staff and the City Administrator's Office that involves timeliness, consistency, and/or cooperation of City staff in the application of the City's development policies, rules, regulations and procedures. 4. Any issue arising out of the City's application of City, County, State or Federal regulations, codes, ordinances, or laws that is NOT under the jurisdiction of an existing City, County, State or Federal Board, Commission, or regulatory agency. How to Make an Appeal or Review Request: 5. Completely fill out the Appeal or Review Request Form on the reverse side. 6. Submit the form at the 4th Floor Service Counter, 510 N.
