ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 83 Pursuant to this Administrative Order I hereby establish the following procedures regarding approval of authorized signatures for banking transaction authority and signatures for investment transactional authority. Because of changes in staff, it is required to submit new signatures on bank depository services resolutions and provide new account information for authorization for investment transactions to brokerage firms. The City Administrator will approve all documents relating to changes in authority and will be the sole authorized signatory for all signature changes.
