* ¡ n.:frLj{ RESOLUTION 08-18666 A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO BILLINGS, MONTANA CITY CODE, ARTICLE 22-900: SALE, DISPOSAL OR LEASE OF CITY PROPERTY, TT{E PROPERTY TO BE DISPOSED OF, DECLARING THE INTENT OF THE CITY TO DISPOSE OF THE PROPERTY AT TTTE APPRAISED VALUE OF ONE DOLIá,R PER SQUARE FOOT, AND AUTHORZING CITY OFFICI.ALS TO PROCEED. WHEREAS, the City of Billings owns and desires to sell a portion of Block 10, PARK, in Rehberg Ra¡rch Estates Subdivision, 2oo Filing, platte.d and known aslot27A, Block 6, Rehberg Ranch Estates Subdivision, and WHEREAS, an appraisal of the subject parcel described as Lot Z7Ihas placed the value at $1.00 per square foot; and WHEREAS, the location of the properties to be taded is more particularly described as follows: A triangular piece of land consisting of 4,130 square feeÇ or 0.0948 acres, in Rehberg Ranch Estates Subdivision,zno Filing, adjacent to the northeast side of Iat27, Block 6, situated in the NEI/4, and the SEI/4 Section 22, Township lN, Range 25 E, P. M. Yellowstone County, Montanq according to the official plat now on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Yellowstone County, Montana; and WHEREAS, the notice required by Section 22-900 of the Billings'Montana City Code has beerr duly published and mailed; and WHEREAS, the public hearing required by Section 22-902 of the Billings, Montana City Code was duly held on the l4th day of January, 2008; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLINCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS: That the City staff is authorized to proceed with the sale of the 0.0948 acre portion of Block 10, Rehberg Ranch Est¿tes Subdivisor¡ 2od Filirig, to be known asl,ot271^, Block 6, as shown in the att¿ched exhibit of lots and portions thereof under the requirernents of Section 22-902 of the Billings, Montana City,Code, at the appraised price of$l.00 per square foot, or a total price of$4,130.00 APPROVED AND PASSED by ttre City Council of the City of Billings, Montana this 14th day of January,2008.
