RESOLUTION O8-18681 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009-2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN, EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PLAN, AND TECHNOLOGY REPLACEMENT PLAN WHEREAS, the Capital lmprovement Plan (ClP), Equipment Replacement Plan (ERP), and Technology Replacement Plan (TRP) are financial tools adopted by the City Council as an indication of its priorities forfunding projects in future budget years; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Billings was presented on February 4, 2008, with staff recommendations for a2009-2013 ClP, ERP, and TRP; and WHEREAS, the City Council further held a public hearing on the proposed CIP at its February 25, 2008, meeting, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The 2009-13 ClP, ERP, and TRP are hereby adopted as presented by staff on February 25,2008. Section 2: City staff is hereby directed to prepare the 2009-13 budgets to reflect the priorities listed in the ClP, ERP, and TRP to the extent funds are available.
