RESOLUTION 06-18399 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE 2006-11 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN, EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PLAN, AND TECHNOLOGY REPLACEMENT PLAN WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP), Equipment Replacement Plan (ERP), and the Technology Replacement Plan (TRP) are financial tools adopted by the City Council as an indication of its priorities for funding projects in future budget years; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Billings was presented on March 27, 2006, with staff recommendations for amendments to the 2006-11 CIP, ERP and TRP; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed CIP amendments at its March 27, 2006, meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: Section 1: Amendments to the 2006-11 CIP, ERP, and TRP are hereby adopted as presented by staff on March 27, 2006, and shown as Exhibit 1. Section 2: City staff is hereby directed to amend the 2006-11 budgets to reflect the priorities as listed in the CIP, ERP, and TRP, to the extent funds are available.
