RESOLUTION NO. 03-18006 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICTS 10, 160, 257 and 263. WHEREAS, properties within Special Improvement Lighting Maintenance Districts 10, 160, and 257 are no longer receiving or will not receive benefit of lighting from said districts; and WHEREAS, Special Improvement Lighting Maintenance District 263 contains a non- assessable property; and WHEREAS, pursuant to MCA 7-12-4335 the City Council may, by resolution, change the boundaries of any special improvement lighting maintenance district; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: 1. That the boundaries of Special Improvement Lighting Maintenance District 10 are hereby amended to delete the area within the following tracts, pieces, lots or parcels of land: A16520 Sunnyside Subdivision, 4th Filing Lot 2 less the S. 100’ Block 19 2. That the boundaries of Special Improvement Lighting Maintenance District 263 are hereby amended to delete the area within the following tracts, pieces, lots or parcels of land: A14671 State Realty Addition Lots 22 to 24 Block 4 PASSED by the City Council of the City of Billings, Montana and approved this 28th day of July, 2003.
