1 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 80 Administrative Order Number 75_dated March 5, 2003, is hereby repealed and is replaced with the following: Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Administrator in Section 6-201, BMCC, and Section 50-60-301(1)(b), MCA, the following building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes and all accompanying appendices, amendments and modifications adopted by the Building Codes Bureau, Montana Department of Labor and Industry, as set out in the Administrative Rules of Montana, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference, except as otherwise noted in chapter 6 of the Billings, Montana, City Code and except any regulations not applicable to local government jurisdictions. International Building Code, 2003 Edition (IBC), together with the following: A. IBC Appendix Chapters: Appendix Chapter C (Group U – Agricultural Buildings) B. The IBC, as modified and amended by the following rules; 1. ARM 24301.131 2. ARM 24.301.138 3. ARM 24.301.146 4. ARM 24.301.903 5. ARM 24.301.904 International Residential Code 2003 Edition (IRC), not including chapters 11- 43 inclusive. As modified and amended by Building Codes Bureau rule; 1. ARM 24.301.154 Uniform Plumbing Code 2003 (UPC), as modified and amended by Building Codes Bureau rule; 1. ARM 24.301.301 2. ARM 24.301.351 International Existing Building Code 2003 Edition (IEBC), as modified and amended by Building Codes Bureau: 1. New rule I. ARM 24.301.171 International Mechanical Code 2003 Edition (IMC), as modified and amended by Building Codes Bureau rule: 1. New rule II. ARM 24.301.172 International Fuel Gas Code 2003 Edition (IFGC), as modified and amended by Building Codes Bureau rule: 1. New rule III. ARM 24.301.173 ---PAGE BREAK--- 2 National Electrical Code, 2002 Edition (NEC) Model Energy Code, 1993 Edition The Codes adopted by this Administrative Order are effective March 27, 2003 and remain in effect until amended or repealed by subsequent Administrative Order.
