RESOLUTION NO 03-18014 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 4314, AMENDED BY ORDIANCE NO. 4494 FOR FEES ASSOCIATED WITY VARIOUS APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CITY/COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4314, amended by Ordinance No. 4494 provides that application fees shall be established by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED B THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA: 1. FEES. The following fees are hereby established and are payable upon application: Planned Unit Development <5 acres $ 750.00 >5acres $1200.00 Medical Corridor Review $ 600.00 Annexation Residential $ 200.00 Commercial $ 600.00 Preliminary Major Plat 6 to 40 lots $1500.00 41 to 200 lots $3500.00 Over 200 lots $4500.00 Preliminary Minor Plat $ 550.00 Final Major Plat 6 to 40 lots $ 400.00 41 to 200 lots $ 600.00 Over 200 lots $ 900.00 Final Minor Plat $ 250.00 Review of exempt plat $ 200.00 Urban Boundary Change $ 500.00 Temporary Use Permit $ 150.00 Annual review $ 100.00 Zoning Clarification written $ 25.00 On site visit $ 50.00 Signs $1.00/sq. ft. ---PAGE BREAK--- In addition to the fees, the applicants are to pay for any legal advertising associated with the application. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. The fees established herein shall become effective upon passage of this resolution and remain in effect thereafter until changed by resolution.
