RESOLUTION NO, 08.1 8770 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COTINCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS, MONTANA, APPROVING TAX BENEFITS FOR RSP HOLDINGS. LLC. DBA CARRIE'S QUILTS AND IRON WHEREAS, Resolution 05-18377 provides for granting tax incentives for remodeling, reconstructing or expanding exisiing buildings in the city, pursuant to Section 15-24-1501, M.C.A. and establishes a procedure for applying for said tax incentives; and WHEREAS, RSP Holdings, LLC, DBA Carries Quilts and Iron, has applied for said tax incentives for the property described herein; and WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Billings, Montana held a public hearing and duly considered the application of RSP Holdings, LLC and has determined that said application meets all qualifications for the tax incentivç and should be approved NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COTINCIL OF THE CITY OF BILLINGS. MONTANA AS FOLLOWS: That the application for tax benefits tnade by RSP Holdings, LLC, DBA Carries Quilts and Iron, dated May,2007 isAPPROVED. Thetaxbenefitsapproveda¡ethoseprovidedinResolution05-18377.
