NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Belgrade, Montana, (hereafter “City”) is seeking proposals from firms to provide Scanning, digitizing and Secure Destruction Services for the Scanning, Digitizing and secure Destruction of Hard-Copy City Records project WO CM 25-03, located within the Belgrade, Montana city limits. RFP information can be found at Paper submissions (three official copies) with one USB drive with a digital version shall be delivered to the City Clerk on or before November 26th, 2025, by 3:00 pm MST. Proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the firm’s name and return address and addressed to “Scanning, Digitizing and secure Destruction of Hard-Copy City Records” c/o City Clerk at 91 E Central Ave., Belgrade, MT 59714. Proposals may also be hand-delivered to the Belgrade City Hall at 91 E Central Ave. Office hours for City Hall are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing party to ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing date and time, as late submittals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
