Central ▪ Belgrade, MT 59714 Phone: (406) 388-3560 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BELGRADE CITY-COUNTY PLANNING BOARD & BELGRADE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Belgrade City-County Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2023 beginning at 7:00 p.m. and the Belgrade City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday April 4, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will take place at Belgrade City Hall, 91 E Central Ave., Belgrade, MT. Live stream viewing for both meetings is available at www.belgrademt.gov. The purpose of the hearings is to review a zone map amendment and the Preliminary Plat of Black Rock Major Subdivision. The subdivision property is described as Tract 2 of Four Graces Minor Subdivision No. 539 located in the West ½ of Section 27, Township 1 North, Range 4 East, P.M.M., Gallatin County, MT. The 170.81-acre site is located South of Weaver Rd and East of Collins Road. The proposal is for 322 single-family lots, 100 multi-family lots with up to 1,038 units, and 1 commercial lot. The Proposed Zone Map Amendment is to shift the boundaries of current zoning districts to properly align with the proposed lots of the subdivision as shown on the attached map. The Planning Board and City Council will consider all testimony, written or spoken at the hearings.
