Free sand for residents The city of Belgrade is offering free sand to the public for use on icy sidewalks for traction . The sand contains 10% salt and is not recommended for new concrete. Please try to limit your use to less than a 5 Gallon Bucket. Please help yourself at the North Parking Lot at Lewis and Clark Park.
