The Lovely Month of June Or in other words, The Era of Wildflowers and Honey Bees! Which, I do agree, makes for a long moniker but quite befitting June. Oh, how difficult it must be for the busy little bees to decide which color they are going to land on next when they are presented with a plethora of choices! Resplendent shades of pinks and purples, bril- liant hues of yellows and blues, all challenging the bees to pick their favorite in a dizzying dance of chaos! The very thought of a field full of spring wildflowers brings a glorious challenge to my lazy, winter worn feet. Driven by a deep desire to catch a glimpse of colors that are impossible to du- plicate any other season, I literally itch to hit the trails that will lead me and my eyes to rest on these delightful little marvels of spring. So I propose that we take a wildflower jaunt! Tuesday June 18, 2024 at 12:30 We will meet at the Center at 12:25 and head out to the meadow at History Rock Trailhead up Hyalite Canyon. Call or stop by with questions and to sign up. Space is limited!
