1 Required Inspections- Commercial Projects All Inspections and additional documentation are required if applicable. All applicable inspections and additional documentation shall be completed and approved prior to final inspection. Corrections on failed inspections must be re-scheduled and re-inspected. Photographs will not be accepted for corrections in lieu of a re-inspection. Scheduling Inspections Cut off time for next day inspections is 3:00 PM. Inspections scheduled after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Inspections must be scheduled by phone or email only. Inspectors will not schedule future inspections. Phone: (406) 388-3560 Email: [EMAIL REDACTED] Additional Required Documentation & Inspections -Contact Public works for scheduling water line, sewer line, bacteria test, sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA compliance, and parking lot inspections. -Contact City Planning/Zoning for scheduling landscape and parking lot inspections. -Provide documentation of state inspection results for elevators and boilers. -Provide documentation of third-party inspection results as requested by the building inspector or building official.
