Central ▪ Belgrade, MT 59714 Phone: (406) 388-3760 ▪ Fax: (406) 388-4996 NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Belgrade will consider floodplain permit applications for Meadowlark Ranch, Inc. to complete work within the regulatory floodplain of the Hyalite West Overflow. The proposed projects are to install culvert crossings to accommodate planned streets and to clear debris within the floodplain. The proposed project is located on the site of the proposed Meadowlark Ranch Subdivision Phases 5 and 6 currently described as Lot 14, Block 7, of Meadowlark Ranch Subdivision Phase 4 situated in E ½ SE ¼ of Section 31, and the W ½ SW ¼ of Section 32, Township One North (T1S), Range Five East (R5E), P.M.M. Gallatin County, MT. The applications are available for public review on the City of Belgrade Planning Department website: Written comments will be accepted through February 14, 2023.
