CAMERON AVE IMPROVEMENTS - ADDENDUM 1 ADDENDUM 1 1 Item 1 - Revise TABLE OF CONTENTS: Revise Division 0; Section 00810 to read Section 00800 Supplementary General Conditions, found in 7th Edition. Add Division 2; Section 02750 Combined Inlet and Hydraulic Separator, included herein. Item 2 - Remove and Replace with the following: DIVISION 0; SECTION 00800 – SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS, as found in 7th Edition ARTICLE 7-CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES 7.03 Labor; Working Hours. A. Add the following new subparagraphs immediately after Paragraph 7.03 C: 1. Regular working hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Alternate working hours may be approved in writing by the ENGINEER. 2. OWNER’S legal holidays are: New Year’s Day Martin Luther King Day President’s Day Memorial Day Juneteenth Independence Day Labor Day Veteran’s Day Thanksgiving Day Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day 3. A written Bidder qualification document establishing qualifications such as company history, work capabilities, staff, previous experience and project examples, and present commitments. C. Proof that the Bidder is authorized to do business in the state and city where the Project is located, or a written certification that Bidder will obtain such authority prior to the Effective Date of the Contract. D. Bidder’s state or other contractor license number, if applicable. E. A listing of major Subcontractors and Suppliers and any relevant qualification information. F. Other required information regarding qualifications. GENERAL 1.03 Time of Commencement and Completion Date. G. The Notice to Proceed for this project is May 26, 2025. The Contract Time will expire automatically at the end of the number of calendar days stated for Contract Time, except as the Contract Time may be extended by change order. The Notice to Proceed may be altered or extended by change order. Item 6 - Add the following: DIVISION 1; SECTION 01570 – CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC CONTROL ---PAGE BREAK--- CAMERON AVE IMPROVEMENTS - ADDENDUM 1 ADDENDUM 1 4 PART 1. GENERAL 1.02 Requirements. B. Schedule and sequence operations in a manner that provides the lease amount of inconvenience possible to the traveling public and adjacent property owners. C. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain access to residences, businesses, and public spaces at all times, unless otherwise approved by the ENGINEER and OWNER. If alternate access is required, the CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with and obtain agreement from the affected property owner(s), regarding means of alternate access. D. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain one-way traffic during working hours and two-way traffic during non-working hours, unless otherwise approved by the ENGINEER. Item 7 – The Cameron Ave Improvements plans have been revised. Please see new plan set dated November 20, 2024. A summary of plan changes is as follows: • Sidewalk modifications to avoid utility conflicts. • Storm drain modifications: o Modified Underground CMP Storage sizes o Removed Manholes o Replaced three Storm Drain Inlets with three Combined Inlet and Hydraulic Separator • Added summary frame for Adjust Water Valve Box • Added pavement replacement areas for storm drain crossings and updated relevant quantities.
