Central ▪ Belgrade, MT 59714 Phone: (406) 388-3560 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE GALLATIN COUNTY COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gallatin County Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Community Room of the Gallatin County Courthouse, 311 West Main in Bozeman. The public can view and participate in the hearing in person or via Gallatin County’s public meeting portal at minutes-and-agendas. The purpose of the public hearing is to review and make decisions regarding a request from Alex Hudson for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow an existing accessory structure on their property to be used as a short-term rental in the AR Agricultural and Rural Residential Zone of the East Gallatin Zoning District. The property is described as Parcel 3A-1 of COS 2582C, located in Section 4, T1S, R5E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana at 450 N Two Waters Way. The East Gallatin Zoning District Regulations allow commercial uses, guest houses, caretaker’s residences, and bed and breakfast inns in the AR Zone with an approved CUP. The County Commission will consider all testimony written or spoken at the hearing.
