Central ▪ Belgrade, MT 59714 Phone: (406) 388-3760 ▪ Fax: (406) 388-4996 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE BELGRADE CITY-COUNTY PLANNING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Belgrade City-County Planning Board will conduct a public meeting on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 7 PM via the zoom video format. The public can view and participate in the hearings on-line via the Zoom platform. A link and call-in information for the meeting will be posted on the City of Belgrade website: http://ci.belgrade.mt.us 48 hours prior to the hearings. The purpose of the public meeting is to review and make recommendations to the Gallatin County Commission regarding a request for preliminary plat approval for the Cottonwood Commercial Center Minor Subdivision. The proposed 5 lot subdivision is described as a portion of Tract A of COS No. 2805B located in the W ½ of Section 25, T1S, R4E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana. The subdivision is located along the east side of Jackrabbit Lane and the south side of East Valley Center Road. The Planning Board will consider all testimony written or spoken at the meeting.
