REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Belgrade, Montana, (hereafter “City”) is seeking proposals from firms to provide Asbestos Abatement Services for the Heck Elementary Asbestos Abatement project (WO CM-02), located within the Belgrade, Montana city limits. Paper submissions (two official copies) with a USB drive containing a digital version shall be delivered to the City Clerk on or before October 3, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. MST. Proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the firm’s name and return address and addressed to "Heck Elementary Asbestos Abatement" c/o City Clerk at PO Box 810, Belgrade, MT 59714. Proposals may also be hand-delivered to the Belgrade City Hall at 91 E Central Ave. Office hours for City Hall are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing party to ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing date and time, as late submittals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. A non-mandatory pre-bid will be held on September 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site.
