I understand my payment for water/sewer service is due by the 15th of each month, after which a 1.5% per month interest rate will be charged as a penalty. If the bill is not paid, a Final Notice shall be sent giving the user five days to remit full payment. After five days, service shall be terminated and not resumed until all delinquent bills are paid including all additional charges for disconnection and re-connection of service.
