Advisory Board Openings The City of Belgrade is continually seeking volunteers to serve on various advisory boards. Even if no current vacancies exist, please consider submitting an application for interest at www.belgrademt.gov/359/city-clerk, as from time-to-time other vacancies occur. Current vacancies include: Belgrade Library Board (3-year term) 1 opening: Applications are now being accepted for one seat for 3 years starting July 1st 2025. Applicants must reside inside Belgrade City limits; meetings are typically held once a month on the 4th Tuesday, 5:30pm at Belgrade City Hall. You will need to apply at Appointment-to-Advisory--76 for this board. Belgrade Regional Parks Trails and Recreation Board (3-year term) 2 Openings: Applications are now being accepted for one City and one County seat for 3 years starting July 1st 2025. Applicants must reside within the Belgrade School District boundaries. Meetings are once a month on the 1st Thursday, at 6:30pm at Belgrade City Hall. County seat will need to apply with the County Commission at commission/pages/board-vacancies and with Belgrade for this board. City-County Planning Board (2-year Term) 1 opening: Open seat is for a City representative to finish out the current term expiring May 20th, 2026. You can then reapply for another term if you wish to. Applicants must reside in Belgrade city limits; Meetings are typically held once a month on the 4th Monday, 7:00pm at Belgrade City Hall. You will need to apply at 12/Application-for-Appointment-to-Advisory--76 for this board. Belgrade Board of Adjustments (3-year term) 3 openings: Open seats are for City or County Representatives. Applicants must reside in Belgrade city limits or rural planning district; meetings are typically held only as needed and notice will be given. County seat will need to apply with the County Commission at and with Belgrade for this board.
