1 Required Inspections- Residential Projects All Inspections and additional documentation are required if applicable. All applicable inspections and additional documentation shall be completed and approved prior to final inspection. Corrections on failed inspections must be re-scheduled and re-inspected. Photographs will not be accepted for corrections in lieu of a re-inspection. Scheduling Inspections Cut off time for next day inspections is 3:00 PM. Inspections scheduled after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Inspections must be scheduled by phone or email only. Inspectors will not schedule future inspections.
