Building Department revenues and budget shall comply with 50-60-106(2) MCA. Building Permit Building Valuation (as per the most current edition of the Building Safety Journal) multiplied by .0068 Plan Review Building Valuation (see above) multiplied by .0012 (or $100, whichever is greater). Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical Permit Fees are calculated as detailed on the appropriate form.
