NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Belgrade, Montana, (hereafter “City”) is seeking proposals from firms to provide Design-Build Services for the Belgrade Justice Center (Remodel of Former Heck Elementary School) & City Hall (Remodel of Former Quaw Elementary School) project CM 25-01, located within the Belgrade, Montana city limits. Paper submissions Five copies, and one USB drive with a digital version shall be delivered to the City Clerk on or before Friday, October 17th, by 3:00 pm MST. Proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the firm’s name and return address and addressed to Belgrade Justice Center Design-Build Services CM 25-01 c/o City Clerk at PO Box 810, Belgrade, MT 59714. Proposals may also be hand-delivered to the Belgrade City Hall at 91 E Central Ave. Office hours for City Hall are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing party to ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing date and time, as late submittals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
